We need a person to take control of all the loose ends we have in our day.
Responsibilities:
Data entry in to Quickbooks for invoices, purchase orders and time tracking Do End of job reports and filing.
Maintain stock levels of commonly used products in the shop and office.
Shipping and receiving - logging in shipments and scheduling pickups.
Organizing areas for increasing production.
Returning emails to clients, Customer managment.
This is a great position for a highly organized person to assist in getting our office and shop in tip top shape.
Knowledge of quickbook and excel needed.
