Based on experience Busy Gastroenterology office in Prospect/Waterbury seeks experienced customer service oriented telephone operator to join our practice.
Required
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and scheduling - Familiarity with electronic medical records - Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task are a must - Experience in healthcare setting preferred Significant Functions of the Job:
- Answer the phones and triaging phone calls - Schedule office visits and procedures - Ensure patient confidentiality Additional
