- Understand and demonstrate knowledge of current promos and all services - Schedule and conduct sales meetings with potential clients - Close deals and sign up new clients - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer ineractions
Qualifications:
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing and discounts - Previous experience in a fitness environment is preferred - Excellent organizational skills to manage customer information and sales documentation - Ability to maintain a high level of service knowledge and stay updated on industry trends - Proven track record in in-person sales or a similar customer-facing role - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking sales data and generating report This job is hourly pay plus commissions.
